  • Yeast before you feast

Most pizza styles need just a tiny amount of yeast, often so small that your kitchen scale can't measure it. With our tool, you can measure these tiny amounts using your smartphone.

  • Materials

    Corten steel
The BBQ Kit is made entirely from 3mm-thick (0.12-in) Corten steel sheets.

Corten is a steel alloy that forms a protective layer of rust on its surface. When you order our BBQ Kit, you will receive it without any rust. As soon as you place it outside, where it will be subject to different weather conditions, the rusting process will set in on the exterior. Depending on where you live, the process of turning from new to rusty steel can take from a few months up to a year.

The steel is meant to rust to form a protective coating. In the first phase of the rusting process, some flakes of rust might come loose, but after a while, this will stop and the BBQ Kit will get its final look.

    Stainless steel
The grill grate is made entirely from 6mm-thick RVS rods welded on an 8mm rod. This construction makes it a super sturdy, heavy-duty grate that will withstand intense heat, cold, rain, and snow, and will give you a lifetime of happy grilling!

  • Fire & Smoke

Place and fasten the BBQ kit on top of the Outdoor Oven, add some coal, insert the grill, and you are ready for action.

  • Assembly

The BBQ Kit is shipped in separate parts that you can assemble yourself. Assembly requires no more than a pair of protective gloves and a flathead screwdriver. The design is so simple that anyone can put it together in a matter of minutes.

  • Made in Holland

Just like the Outdoor Oven, the BBQ Kit and its stainless steel grill are made right here in the Netherlands. Keeping the manufacturing local enables us to keep a close eye on quality, making sure you can enjoy the best product possible.

don't let the total time scare you; the hands-on part is only a fraction of the total time.
Refer to the flow chart below for step-by-step details and timings.

The long period of time is needed to create optimal fermentation, resulting in a visually appealing, flavorful, and easily digestible pizza.

However, it is possible to shorten these times. To do so, please use the pizza calculator so that the amount of yeast and type of flour is adjusted to your timeframe
