Get down and nerdy
Use the pizza and the pan calculator as they are, or get down and nerdy by adjusting them to your setup, including fermentation times and temperatures.
Yeast before you feast
Most pizza styles need just a tiny amount of yeast, often so small that your kitchen scale can't measure it. With our tool, you can measure these tiny amounts using your smartphone.

Corten steel
The Fire Pit is made entirely of 3-mm-thick corten steel plates.Corten is a steel alloy that forms a protective rust layer on the surface. When you order our Fire Pit, you will receive it without any rust. As soon as you place the Fire Pit outside, where it is subject to different weather conditions, the rusting process will begin. Depending on where you live, the process of changing from new to rusty steel can take from a few months to a year.
The steel is intended to rust to form a protective coating. In the first phase of the rusting process, some rust chips may come off, but this stops after a while and the Fire Pit gets its final appearance.
Fire
The Fire Pit features an internal chimney system that sucks in air through the double walls and through the bottom plate. Maximum oxygen input will help your fire burn cleanly and efficiently with minimal smoke.Start by placing small pieces of kindling wood inside the Fire Pit, and light them up. Once the fire is burning, start to slowly add bigger logs of hardwood (recommended length 25 cm, diameter 10 cm). After about 20 minutes, the Fire Pit is preheated and you can start cooking on the grill ring.
Smoke
Once the FirePit is up to temperature, it produces less smoke than most fire pits. Here’s how: To create fire with very little smoke you need 3 ingredients: fuel, oxygen, and heat.Fuel
Should be clean, dry hardwood (moisture level around 20%).
Oxygen
The Outdoor Oven can create a great amount of drag thanks to its internal airflow system, which sucks in lots of oxygen. This makes for a very efficient burn with little to no smoke.
Heat
This is the final ingredient for an efficient burn and is also the ingredient you will probably be missing the first 15 minutes after starting up your fire. That’s why you can expect some smoke development at the beginning of your cooking sessions.
The Fire Pit is shipped in separate parts that you can assemble yourself. Assembly requires no more than a pair of protective gloves, a flathead screwdriver, and a hammer. The design is so simple that just about anyone can put it together. Assembly time is about 20 minutes. It has never been easier to make that amazing wood-fired food yourself!
I’m working closely with a third-generation steel company right here in the Netherlands. They make your Outdoor Oven and take great pride in doing so. Keeping the manufacturing local, enables me to keep a close eye on quality making sure you can enjoy the best product possible.
