The long period of time is needed to create optimal fermentation, resulting in a visually appealing, flavorful, and easily digestible pizza.

The pizza pan is a carbon steel pan that — with some TLC — will be your cooking companion for life. It can be used in the Outdoor Oven or in your kitchen at home. Use it to make delicious thick-crust dishes, or even to cook some veggies or fish. The possibilities are endless!
The Pizza Pan needs to be seasoned before use. Check out my video below (or on YouTube) for some tips on seasoning. All you need is your new pan, a hot oven, and some food-safe oil… voilà, let’s eat!

The prices within the EU are including the VAT of the buyer country.

Carbon steel is strong and withstands the extreme heat of the Outdoor Oven. The steel has the ability to absorb, store and conduct heat quickly, ensuring a beautiful crust on your pizza.To get the full benefit from using this pan, it has to be seasoned. Seasoning protects steel from corrosion and keeps it non-stick.
