SHIPPING AND RETURNS
At Städler Made we make every effort to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 2-7 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Most domestic orders will arrive in 1-5 business days (depending on your proximity to Rotterdam) after they're shipped. Shipping time of international deliveries may vary.
We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses as a result of customer error. If orders are undeliverable and returned to sender, we will either issue a refund minus shipping fees or resend it and invoice for new shipping fees. Please, double-check your order confirmation email after placing your order to prevent this from happening.
If for any reason you would like to return your purchase, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. Please fill out the model cancellation form and send an email to email@example.com to inform us of your return request.
