Shipping and Returns
At Städler Made, we make every effort to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 2-7 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Most domestic orders will arrive in 1-5 business days (depending on your proximity to Rotterdam, NL) after they’re shipped. Shipping time of international deliveries may vary.
We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses as a result of customer error. If orders are undeliverable and returned to sender, we will either issue a refund minus shipping fees or resend it and invoice for new shipping fees. Please double-check your order confirmation email after placing your order to prevent this from happening.
If for any reason you would like to return your purchase, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. Please fill out the model cancellation form and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your return request. Put the item back in the original packaging and the package collection will be arranged. A refund will be issued upon package arrival at Städler Made’s warehouse; shipping costs shall be deducted from the refunded amount.
Shipping to non-EU countries
If you live in a non-EU country, please take note that you must pay an import tax on your order, likely upon delivery. Your payment to Städler Made includes the products and their shipping. We do not collect taxes (VAT) upon payment for orders to be delivered outside the EU. Deliveries to the United Kingdom will have a 20% import tax, and deliveries to the United States a 3% import tax. Please check your country’s import tax rate if you need more information.
Credit Card Payments
You can pay safely and securely with your credit card. In some cases, however, we have seen credit card payments fail. Although we don’t receive any details due to privacy regulations, it seems as if some credit card providers block certain transactions. Some research suggests the following:
- You’re not allowed to pay outside your country/region/continent. (We are based in the Netherlands, EU)
- You have a spending limit for single purchases or you’ve exceeded your total daily/weekly/monthly limit.
- Your security standard is outdated (we use Oauth 2.0).
Paypal payments are more flexible and are more universally accepted, so if you’re not sure whether you can pay by credit card or if your payments are failing, you can always use Paypal as an alternative.
Please know that we have disabled credit card payments above €1100,-.
