Ingredients
- Olive oil
- Basil
- Camembert cheese
- 50 g chorizo
- 50 g sundried tomatoes
- A handful of okra
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 chili pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 onion
- Sourdough bread
For the Bell Pepper Tapenade:
1. Chop the garlic, bell peppers, chili pepper, and onion, and place them in a baking tray. Drizzle generously with olive oil and mix everything with your hands. Bake in the oven for about 7 minutes. 2. Roughly chop the roasted vegetables and spread them over a generous portion of hummus. Finish with fresh basil.
For the Camembert Cheese:
1. Cut the camembert in half and fill it with sliced chorizo and sundried tomatoes. Wrap it in foil and place in the oven for 5 minutes.
For the Okra
1. Toss the okra with some good olive oil and sea salt. Grill for about 3-4 minutes; it’s super easy and incredibly flavorful.
For the Toast
1. Slice the sourdough bread and give it a good “olive oil bath” with some salt. Toast for about 1.5 minutes on each side.
