Ingredients

• 200g Butter
• 2 tsp Miso
• 3 Eggs
• 150g Sugar
• 250g Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. First, melt the butter in the oven to achieve a slightly smoky flavor.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Add the eggs and miso, and mix with a whisk until well combined.
  3. Gradually incorporate the melted butter in three parts, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  4. Place the mixture in the fridge for a couple of hours.
  5. Once chilled, brush your waffle iron with a bit of butter and add your batter. Cook in the waffle iron for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Enjoy your waffles while still hot, served with a generous scoop of ice cream.
