Ingredients
• 200g Butter
• 2 tsp Miso
• 3 Eggs
• 150g Sugar
• 250g Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• Ice Cream
Instructions
- First, melt the butter in the oven to achieve a slightly smoky flavor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Add the eggs and miso, and mix with a whisk until well combined.
- Gradually incorporate the melted butter in three parts, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
- Place the mixture in the fridge for a couple of hours.
- Once chilled, brush your waffle iron with a bit of butter and add your batter. Cook in the waffle iron for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Enjoy your waffles while still hot, served with a generous scoop of ice cream.
